Terms of Use

Bloom is available, free of charge and without limitation, to anyone who wishes to use it to create and maintain a personal program of spiritual exercise, for as long as you actively use Bloom as intended.

When you stop using Bloom actively

To preserve database capacity for other users, the records of inactive users will periodically be deleted from the Bloom server. Specifically: After three months have elapsed since the last time you logged into Bloom, it will be presumed that you are no longer using Bloom actively. You will be sent a courtesy e-mail that tells you, "Your access to Bloom with your current user name will be terminated when four months have passed since your last log in date." If you wish to keep your current user registration active, you should log into Bloom to indicate your interest in continuing with the program. As long as you do not allow four months to elapse between logging in, your records will be maintained.

Should your Bloom registration elapse, you may register again to use Bloom in the future. But when you register as a new user, you will not have access to any of the records you created under your current user name.

If you stop using Bloom but wish to keep permanent records of your spiritual practices, you should print out journal entries and feedback messages to keep yourself before your access expires.

If you use Bloom other than as intended

We reserve the right to the terminate access to Bloom of any user who uses the program other than for its intended purposes.
