How to report a problem

If you experience a problem with the Bloom Growth Booster program that you cannot resolve by following the on-screen instructions or referring to the Users Manual, you may e-mail us at mail@lovinglovefellowship.org to report your problem. Answer as many of the following questions as you can in your problem report:

1. On what page in the program did you encounter the problem?
2. What were you attempting to do when you encountered the problem?
3. What result did you expect that you did not achieve?
4. What unexpected or undesired result did you get?

We will do our best to resolve user difficulties, and we thank you for taking the time to report any you may have. Reports of significant problems, if any, will help us improve the Bloom instructions and functions for the benefit of all Bloom's users, worldwide.
